…I’m working.

Work on The Unexiled continues but is slowed down by a few things going on in my life. Namely, the fact that I’m moving to a new apartment. Or rather, I’m looking for a new apartment to which I can move. Once I get settled from that, I’ll have more time to work on my writing.

Also, my guild and I are collaborating on a new project that doesn’t involve raiding. More on that in the future.

But, most importantly, I have been killing the Lich King. Video proof below!

I had to split it into two videos because of the length limitation on YouTube.

Anyhow, back to work.

I’ve just posted the conclusion to Part III of Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forums. I will soon be doing the chapter breakdown and updating the story here on the site.

I’ve begun the intro to Part IV based on things I’ve read on sites covering the beta. However, I will not start posting Part IV until Cataclysm is out and I’ve leveled one character up to 85. I will, however, be setting up a schedule, once I get move into my new place, for the week on editing/rewriting Alayne’s Story and writing The Unexiled.

And now, I’m going to go hit the showers. I had today off work so I did a good workout. My arms, my abs, my legs are killing me. It’s great!

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forum. This week’s update takes everyone through a somewhat abridged Lich King encounter (seriously, I was not going to do two rounds of the transition phase + multiple defiles all over the place. I have to deal with that enough already just raiding the damned place!)

Next week’s update should finish out Part III entirely. I have begun a very rough intro for Part IV but I am having to adapt it based on things learned from what I get on sites covering the beta. So, I definitely will not be posting it up until Cataclysm is out and I’ve had a chance to quest in all of the zones and run almost all of the dungeons.

I will, however, be taking time to work on The Unexiled and will hopefully start sending it out again soonish. And, I will take time to edit and rewrite parts of Alayne’s Story.

Not to mention, eventually, I’m going to work up the nerve to broach the subject of discussing shit from my past with the relevant parties and get, if not their blessing, at least a promise not to read it.

And now, back to work.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forum. This week takes the characters through the Frost Wing of Icecrown Citadel. Soon, they’ll be facing the Lich King himself.

The wind-down of Part III is much smoother than Part II’s was. And, now that things have gotten…if not exactly calm at least less hectic at work, I should have time to work on The Unexiled and start doing the editing I want to do on Alayne’s Story. I’m also going to cut down my WoW on the Weekends time significantly so that I can spend time working on my writing more.

And, I know, I promised you guys a lot of information about my past. I’m working on it. I still need to try to clear things up with a couple of parties involved in it and make sure that they’re okay with me posting it all up for the world to see, even though I’m planning to leave real names and identities out.

Anyhow, back to work.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forum. This week’s update takes us through the Crimson Halls encounters in ICC.

And now, back to work.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forums.

Things are getting rather hectic in my life right now. We’ve got a major deadline coming up at work and other things, while going well, are still not great. So, I’ve been slacking a bit lately just trying to rest and recuperate from my vacation.

And, speaking of that, I’m going to go do some resting now.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forums. We’re finally drawing near to the end of Part III. I’ve actually finished the last scene and will just be spending the next couple of weeks posting what I already have written. Once I get back from the US, I’ll start work on The Unexiled again and will also try to find a way to get Alayne’s Story printed out so I can proofread and annotate it for revision.

I’m enjoying my vacation for the most part. I’ve managed to get a pretty good sinus infection, though, what with all of the pollen. And, my parents are kind of peeved with me at the moment over something I told them. Still, they’re taking the news better than I thought they would which is saying a lot.

More about that when I’m back home. For now, I’m going to go try to enjoy being here.

And, last night, I started on the last scene of Part III. I’ve been slacking a bit, taking it easy and trying to rest up before my trip to the US. I’ve had a lot on my mind lately and hopefully, after some pretty frank discussions I’m planning to have while over there, I should be able to finally get most of the whole twisted sodding story out there.

I’ve a reason for wanting to drag some of my skeletons out of the closet, you see. But, enough about that for now. Now I need to go get finished packing.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forums. This week’s update takes us through the Halls of Reflection and an encounter with the Lich King. I mixed together the Horde and Alliance versions of the attacks for this update.

And, in just seven days, I’ll be packing my bags for a two-week long vacation in the US. I’m going back to visit my family. I’ll hopefully get to take some photos of my nieces and nephew and will try to put them up here.

Also, I am almost done with Part III. I’m really hoping to get a chance to sit down and do some serious work on the last few scenes tonight and this weekend. Then, somehow, I’ll have to find a way to bribe my husband into letting me print them out at home (my boss would shit a brick if I asked him about printing out 1100+ pages at work). That will give me something to do on the plane since there’s a LOT of proofreading that needs to be done.

And now, back to work.

I’ve just posted the latest update to Alayne’s Story over on the WoW-Europe RP forums. This week takes us up to the end of the Pit of Saron.

I’m rather hopeful of being able to pull off a marathon session over the next few weeks and getting Part III finished on my end. I know that there will a lot of editing to do since I had to do so much work on-the-fly in this part what with unexpected raids, encounters, etc, etc, etc.

All of that is making me think that I may wait until later in Cataclysm to get Part IV started. It’s an on-going argument with myself. However, I am hoping to make good use of the time lapse to edit Alayne’s Story and get some serious work squared away on The Unexiled.

And now, back to work.
