Name: Dar’ja
Race: Sin’dorei (Blood Elf)
Class: Paladin
Role: Major Character
Background: Dar’ja comes across as stuck-up and arrogant, but that’s really a mask she wears to keep from getting hurt. She and Ger’alin don’t see eye-to-eye at all. She’s a devoted follower of the Lady Liadrin and is extremely proud to be one of the Blood Knights. Unlike Alayne, her temper runs cold, not hot. She can warm to someone, but it takes patience to thaw her icy demeanor and get to know the person hiding beneath.
Notable Traits: She’s not nearly as bad as she seems.

Ger’alin was raised in an orphanage and trained as a guard during his adolescence. Hearing about Kael’Thas’s plans to return and rebuild Quel’Thalas, Ger’alin left Theramore and returned to his homeland. Race: Sin’dorei (Blood Elf)
Class: Warlock (Master of Dark Fire)
Role: Secondary Character
Background: Jez’ral begins the story as Alayne’s teacher. Later, he hires her to be his assistant while the two conduct research in Outland. Jez’ral tends to be very serious and pompous towards those who are not “of his rank.” With his equals, he lets the mask slip a little, though he still tends to keep to himself and has a cold temper that only Arthas could better. Most people see him as short-tempered, but he’s really simply impatient with those who are not as adept at magic as he is.
